However, if the service is rescheduled for the same day but at a different time, the deposit will still remain valid, as same day deposits are applicable for same day appointments. Our business operates primarily by appointment only, and we ask for client respect by allowing a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled time. If a client is running late and does not notify us, the appointment will be automatically cancelled after 10 minutes, which also results in a loss of the deposit due to our deposit policies. If a client decides to stop the session early for any reason, the full appointment duration must still be paid for, as a matter of client respect and adherence to our deposit policies. For example, if a client schedules a 1-hour massage and has to leave 35 minutes in, the full reserved hour is still to be paid for. Our business respects our clients by offering various payment options, including card payments, cash, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Cash App, or Zelle. Please note that we charge a 3% fee for all card transactions. To align with our deposit policies and ensure smooth transactions, we will no longer provide change for $50 and $100 bills. If you choose to pay with cash, we recommend using bills of $20 and under. Additionally, we also accept egift cards as a payment method, reinforcing our commitment to therapy etiquette.
Please be aware that our eGift cards expire after 3 months of inactivity, aligning with our deposit policies and ensuring client respect and therapy etiquette in all payment options.
In line with our client respect and therapy etiquette, any forgotten items left by the client will be recovered and kept safe until the item is claimed. To ensure adherence to our deposit policies, proof of ownership will be required for retrieval. We also offer various payment options, including egift cards, for your convenience.
